Broad library of analyte monitoring
We’ve tested numerous substances with our Salvus PRISM™. PAA, ammonia, dicamba, and more. If your work involves detecting or monitoring these or other compounds in food processing, agriculture, water treatment, or other industries, we want to hear from you – early interest shapes our development priorities.
DEVELOPMENT STATUS
Seeking partners – your input matters
The Salvus® Detection Platform's receptor-tunable architecture makes it well-suited for testing a variety of substances, including PAA, ammonia, and dicamba. We are actively looking for industry partners whose operational needs can help shape the assay design and validation process.
Why PAA on Salvus?
Peracetic acid is widely used as a sanitizing agent in food processing and water treatment. Current monitoring methods are often slow or require specialized lab equipment. A site-deployable, rapid PAA test can significantly improve process control and safety monitoring.
Why ammonia on Salvus?
Ammonia monitoring is critical in water treatment, aquaculture, and industrial process environments. The Salvus Detection Platform's point-of-use capability would enable real-time ammonia tracking without sending samples offsite.
Why dicamba on Salvus?
Dicamba is a compound used in farming to control weeds. It can damage non-target plants through spray drift and/or volatilization. Thorough spray tank clean-out can be difficult to assess. The portability of the Salvus Detection Platform could enable testing the tank before the next application to ensure proper clean-out.
What is your monitoring use case?
We have a library of substances we’ve tested on our Salvus Detection Platform. Tell us about your use case – the matrices you need to test, your required detection limits, and your operational environment. Early partners influence what gets built and how it gets validated.
